As an Industrial Engineer at OESL, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, managing plant capacity, and supporting new product launches. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements:
SAP: Intermediate.
Power BI: Intermediate.
AutoCAD: Intermediate.
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning): Intermediate.
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process): Basic.
Lean Manufacturing: Basic.
Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Basic.
Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Routings.
Experience with Engineering Changes.
Knowledge of IMDS.
Capacity planning and time study analysis.
