This hybrid role is for a Technical Lead with five to seven years of experience who will guide development teams in building robust Python Git Actions in All platforms. The role focuses on high quality code delivery collaborative problem solving and continuous improvement with added advantage for experience in airline domain projects. Review code contributions from team members to ensure adherence to coding conventions secure practices and performance expectations while providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with product owners business analysts and quality engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet functional and nonfunctional expectations
Coordinate hybrid work activities by organizing clear backlog items online collaboration sessions and documentation so that distributed team members remain aligned and productive
