The role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and
preventive actions, maintain quality documentation, support process
improvements, ensure compliance with automotive quality requirements, and
promote a culture of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
• Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Internal Auditor certification.
• GD&T; interpretation.
• Customer Specific Requirements (Ford, GM, Toyota, Tesla, etc.).
• Problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, 8D, A3).
• PPAP knowledge.
• Measurement instruments.
• Project Management.
• Leadership and people management.
• Advanced English.
