**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end production process of marketing content, from brief/intake to finalization, using the Airtable software and other tools as needed.
- Develop project plans and timelines, and manage all project resources, including internal and external vendors (agencies and freelancers), to ensure successful and impactful marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the creative team, the channel activation team, and the business stakeholders,
to ensure the marketing projects are aligned with our marketing objectives, and to help elevate the creative thinking and quality of the marketing content across different formats and channels.
- Track and report on the progress, status, and performance of marketing projects, using the Airtable software and other metrics, and identify and implement opportunities for improvement and optimization.
**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing production, operations, or project management, preferably in a B2B or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge and skills in content production, design, video, audio, and content marketing, and familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in these areas.
- Proficient in using Airtable software and other project management and collaboration tools, such as Asana, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passionate about marketing, creativity, and innovation,
and committed to delivering high-quality and impactful marketing content.
