Bilingual telephone collections person needed for rapidly growing cutting-edge law firm.
IMPORTANT: This is NOT a remote job opportunity. You will be required to work from the Zapopan office, in Mexico.
We are seeking a telephone collections person who is self-motivated, can communicate effortlessly with clients, and bring them back onto a payment plan via an automated system. Also, must be able to think outside the box to get tasks completed. This person should have a foundation in telephone work and should be excellent at what they do.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle Inbound calls from clients.
Make Outbound Calls to clients regarding payments and outstanding documents.
Your score will be determined by:
The number of calls you make.
Collection resolutions.
Your ability to obtain documents from clients.
Your survey results from Clients.
Self-reporting daily on the above-listed milestones.
Key Competencies:
Listen and relate to clients.
Type while on the phone.
Know how to operate basic computer functions.
Treat clients as if they are the most important person on earth!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team player.
Self-motivated and must take initiative.
Timeliness is vital.
