Responsible for technically supporting Copeland AC OEMs for NOLA (Mexico and Central America)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support for the full Copeland product portfolio (compressors,
controls and accessories) to AC OEMs including but not limited to:
Product selection
Engineering Support to new product implementations and engineering changes
Production Line Support for pilot runs and standard production
Warranty Administration
Sample Coordination

Proactively interact with cross functional teams including Product Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Sales and Operations
Act as a liaison between the customer and Copeland´s product engineering, development team and lab personnel.
Development of Application Profiles
Customer Training
Develop, translate or adapt product application bulletins.
Represent Copeland at industry forums and conferences
Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
