Coordinate and follow up on regional engineering projects, including installation, validation, and launch of production lines across different plants.
Coordinate RFQ responses and creation of SOWs with manufacturing plants.
Manage engineering project progress through timelines, tracking matrices, KPIs, and weekly/monthly executive status reports.
Ensure execution of FAT, SAT, and machinery/equipment validations, coordinating with global engineering, suppliers, and local teams.
Coordinate the integration of new machines and lines, ensuring compliance with capacity, safety, quality, and traceability requirements.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, Safety, and Engineering departments for line release in accordance with global and loc
