Who you are:
Satechi is looking for an E-commerce specialist with a primary focus on Shopify maintenance and e-commerce operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our online store, satechi.net. This role will be responsible for optimizing the Shopify platform, enhancing user experience, and driving online sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, Shopify, inventory merchandising, and a passion for staying up to date with industry trends. This is a full-time, contract position.
What you will be doing:
Site Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of our Shopify store including chargebacks and returns.
Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to launch new products and create landing pages.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensure product details are kept up to date, and monitor transactions.
Track all updates and facilitate the successful execution of operational content calendar tasks, maintain project management tools and trackers with up to date and relevant information
Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility.
User Experience Enhancement:
Continuously improve the user experience by optimizing website design and functionality.
Implement A/B testing to enhance product page layouts, navigation, and checkout processes.
Address user feedback and resolve
