PS-HR Internship
Plant: Vallejo
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Start Date: as soon as possible
Work Hours: Part-time with versátil working hours.
Profile: Current Engineering or any Business students (any discipline) expecting to graduate between June 2027 and December 2028.
Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000mxn to 18,000mxn depending on hours worked.
Duration: 12-18 months.

About the role:
As a PSHR Intern, you will collaborate closely with the organization to ensure talent fundamentals, contribute to organization and culture building,
and create effective communication strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic HR environment.
Some of your tasks will be:
Partnering with the organization to ensure talent fundamentals are met
Supporting organization building initiatives
Creating and implementing communication strategies
Assisting with HR projects and processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR goals
You will experience business responsibilities from Day 1 – You work every single day on key projects from the beginning.
