Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help build and evaluate AI systems that reason about security, risk, and compliance. What You'll Do

Review, analyze, and evaluate security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
Classify and assess real-world compliance scenarios across frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, and others
Evaluate risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data used to improve AI reasoning in GRC contexts




Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI systems learn nuanced compliance logic

Who You Are

2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security
Solid familiarity with one or more industry frameworks — SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or similar
Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit reports, and control frameworks
Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in an async remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in internal audit, third-party risk, or enterprise risk management
Familiarity with regulatory compliance environments (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.)
