Business Analyst – Spanish (AI Training)

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating AI training content
Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on training, and ongoing development support
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders,



delivering clear and regular updates
Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains such as finance, e-commerce, economics, and policy — in both Spanish and English

Who You Are

Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional-level English
2+ years of team management or leadership experience
3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategic content, or domain-focused projects
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate logical soundness and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to give detailed, structured feedback and think creatively to solve problems
Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

Master's degree or advanced qualification in a business-related field
Experience with data annotation, dat
