PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
* 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
* 1-2 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
* Proven experience working in high-volume manufacturing facilities.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
* Strong knowledge of Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance
strategies.
* Experience using CMMS systems (SVISION preferred or equivalent) for work
order management and spare parts inventory control.
* Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic
schematics.
* Troubleshooting and diagnostics of PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs),
and automated systems.
* Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing,
and 5S methodologies.
* Experience tracking and reporting maintenance KPIs, including OEE, MTBF, and
MTTR.
* Experience supporting new product introductions, model changes, and
production line launches.
LEADERSHIP & SOFT SKILLS
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and
mentor maintenance technicians.
* Proven ability to make sound decisions and respond effectively in critical
equipment downtime situations.
