Key responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities using prospecting tools
Building and nurturing strong relationships with current and potential customers
Collaborating with local and national sales teams to implement effective sales strategies
Presenting customized solutions to industrial clients focused on value generation and operational efficiency
Actively participating in customer business review meetings
Aligning with our sales process to develop new projects
Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales (industrial sector preferred)
Uses Linked In effectively for prospecting and networking
With Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
Is results oriented with negotiation skills and a solution focused mindset
Has experience managing key accounts or business development (preferred)
Possesses organizational skills, autonomy and team collaboration
Has conversational to advanced English required
Is proficient in basic digital tools (Microsoft Office CRM, etc.)
