What is your role?
As a Product Line Planner, you will be responsible for balancing demand and supply while developing effective production and inventory strategies for C&A; and Molding operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer commitments are met, manufacturing resources are optimized, and business objectives are achieved through accurate planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

Lead supply planning activities and ensure alignment between demand forecasts, inventory targets, and manufacturing capabilities.
Develop and manage supply plans through SIOP processes while identifying capacity constraints and improvement opportunities.
Monitor supply chain and production performance,



proactively resolving gaps and implementing recovery plans as needed.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Partner with manufacturing, materials, logistics, customer service, and global planning teams to optimize capacity and inventory strategies.
Participate in demand consensus meetings, support product launches and phase-outs, and contribute to long-term planning activities.

What do you need to have?

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, demand planning, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory management, and SIOP/S&OP; processes.
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced planning
