Mission





The Signal Integrity Test Engineer is responsible for working in collaboration with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to own the development, deployment, and sustaining support of high-speed signal integrity test systems for cable assemblies and interconnect products — with particular emphasis on bit-error-rate performance and PRBS-based stress testing.

Responsibilities

Define robust production test methods, limits, calibration requirements, correlation plans, and acceptance criteria for VNA, TDR, BERT, and oscilloscope-based measurements.
Perform empirical signal integrity evaluations of cables, connectors, and interconnect assemblies, correlating production measurements with customer data and reference equipment to ensure repeatable and defensible test outcomes.
Design and qualify high-volume BERT solutions, including pattern-generator and error-detector configurations, channel mapping, loopback methods, fixtures, adapte
