Responsabilidades

Reporting to the Quality Manager,



the NPI Quality Engineer is responsible for working in collaboration with the NPI, Engineering, and Operations teams to own quality planning and execution for new product programs involving high-speed cable assemblies and backplane systems — ensuring product, process, supplier, and test risks are controlled from design transfer through EVT, DVT, PVT, production launch, and stable mass production.

Responsibilities

Own NPI quality deliverables and ensure risks are identified, controlled, and closed before each phase-gate and customer qualification milestone.
Develop and maintain quality plans, DFMEA/PFMEA linkage, control plans, inspection standards, and acceptance criteria for each NPI phase.
Coordinate dimensional, mechanical, electrical, environmental, and reliability qualification activities, including test plans, sample sizes, reports, and deviation approvals.
