The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing Warehouse, spare parts and maintenance management and developing strategies to achieve optimal results for machine maintenance. This role involves leading a team to ensure professional warehouse management and maintenance of LEGO equipment through preventive measures and control of spare parts.
Core Responsibilities
Manager and coordinate Warehouse and Spare Parts
Develop and execute preventive maintenance activities, including continuous improvement plans.
Efficiently respond to production plan changes.
Solve problems using root cause analysis.
Track training processes and evaluate personnel performance.
Report downtime and relevant issues to drive improvements.
Provide leadership and mentorship to maintenance employees.
Develop business plans for the Maintenance Department and guide their successful implementation.
Lead and engage the maintenance crew to ensure high morale, strong commitment, and ownership.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent) with strong experience in warehouse maintenance or manufacturing, ideally in multinational environments.
Solid technical knowledge of materials, spare parts, machine safety, mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, SAP, or similar
Advanced communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
