About The Role

Are you passionate about skincare, education, and empowering others to succeed? As our Training Specialist for Filorga, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of dynamic teaching and learning experiences for our sales force, dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and medical staff.

you will foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our teams and partners master Filorga’s innovative product portfolio, advanced skin knowledge, and effective sales techniques. By combining your passion for skincare with engaging training methodologies, you will directly contribute to brand prescription, awareness, and commercial success across Mexico

Main Responsibilities

Needs Analysis & Strategy: Identify key training needs across targets to design, plan, and implement comprehensive training programs focused on Filorga products, skincare science, and effective sales techniques.
Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for the sales force, skin specialists, and medical staff both in Mexico City and across the country.
Content & Material Creation: Prepare and continuously update high-impact presentations, induction plans, videos, and digital materials for diverse channels (doctors, s
