Mission of the Role: The Mechanical Design Technical Lead is responsible for the design, development, validation, and sustainment of automotive electronic products, ensuring robust mechanical performance, manufacturability, cost competitiveness, and compliance with customer, industry,



and internal quality standards. The role serves as a key contributor to product development programs, supporting both new product introduction and series production through technical expertise, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Objectives of this Role:

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for automotive electronic products, meeting functional, quality, reliability, and cost requirements.
Create, maintain, and release 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings using CATIA V5.
Support product lifecycle management activities, including engineering changes, product releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct feasibility studies, tolerance stack-up analyses, and Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to ensure robust product designs.
