Prompt Writer (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your curiosity and creativity could directly shape how the world's most advanced AI systems think, reason, and respond? We're looking for Prompt Writers to craft the questions, scenarios, and challenges that push AI models to their limits — helping them become smarter, safer, and more genuinely capable.
This is a fully remote, versátil contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and an inquisitive mind. No technical or AI background required — just a love of language, ideas, and a knack for thinking outside the box.

What You'll Do
Craft original, diverse, and creative prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
Design questions, scenarios, and tasks specifically engineered to challenge AI reasoning and problem-solving
Write prompts that probe AI accuracy, creativity, safety, and edge-case behavior
Follow style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback and evolving project needs
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
A creative thinker with strong written communication skills
Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across diverse topics and disciplines
Able to write clearly, precisely, and engagingly across a broad variety of subject areas
Comfortable working within structured guidelines while still bringing originality to your work
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No technical, AI, or engineering background required
Nice to Have
Background in writing, journalism, education, philosophy, or communications
Experience with creative writing, scenario design, or instructional content
Familiarity with AI tools or language models as an end user
Broad general knowledge across multiple subject areas
