Product Review Analyst (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your experience as an everyday shopper could directly influence how AI recommends products to millions of people? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure that the content AI produces is accurate, helpful, and genuinely trustworthy.

This is a fully remote, versátil contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and a feel for what makes a product review useful. No retail, e-commerce, or AI background required — just solid judgment and a commitment to honest, thorough evaluation.

What You'll Do

Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and comparisons across a wide range of categories — electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and overall authenticity
Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or low-quality writing




Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

Familiar with online shopping and have a feel for what makes a product review trustworthy and useful
Able to assess content quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
Detail-oriented with a consistent, systematic approach to evaluation
Strong written communication skills in English
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

Background in writing, editing, consumer journalism, or content creation
Experience with quality assurance, research, or critical analysis
Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
Broad knowledge of consumer product categories
