Job Purpose

To promote the health, safety, and well-being of students and staff by providing immediate medical care, managing health-related situations, supporting preventive health programs, and ensuring compliance with school health and child protection standards.

Responsibilities

Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance in cases of illness, accidents, or emergencies during school hours.




Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and health documentation.
Support health promotion initiatives, including hygiene, nutrition, vaccination, and disease prevention campaigns.
Manage medical supplies, medications, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, parents, and the school doctor regarding student health concerns.
Participate in emergency preparedness activities, first aid training, and child protection initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

Technical Degree in Nursing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is desirable.
Additional training in first aid, emergency response, and child protection is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar nursing role.
Experience in educational institutions, schools, or pediatric healthcare settings is desirable.
