Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively work with the development team to understand product specifications and requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify, record, and document bugs and issues.
- Utilize a mix of testing techniques, including functional and regression testing, to validate product functionality and user experience.
- Participate in software design and review meetings to provide input from a QA perspective.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like RSpec, Capybara, and Selenium.
- Ensure that all features and user experience (UX) aspects of the website meet quality expectations.
- Continuously improve testing strategies and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance,



specifically in testing websites and digital products, with a strong focus on automation testing.
- Strong experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Demonstrated ability to perform both manual and automated testing.
- Experience with manual testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing).
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or WordPress development is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks like RSpec, Capybara, and Selenium.
- Adept at both functional and regression testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with B2C, Saas, and stripe.
