**What will yo do**:
- Advise timely internal colleagues of other Depts about different legal topics related to the activity of the PVM Group;
- Provide assistance in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts;
- Evaluate business projects highlighting the legal risks involved and propose mitigations and solutions
- Design efficient legal strategies to be applied to the handling of the different legal issues impacting on the Group activity;
- Be updated on the changes to legislation with a particular focus on those that directly affect Group activity;
- Advise on the correct implementation of Group policies and procedure;
- Explain to internal clients legal terminology and its implications in particular in the contractual matter;
- Arranging and delivering legal trainings to the different Depts business considering the different Dept. needs;
Involving and managing external counsels;
**What we need from you**:
- At least 5 years of experience of legal advertising for international companies for Contract & Agreements, advertising and promotion, IP, antitrust, privacy, litigation and general legal assistance.
- Finished bachelor degree on law or related fields.
