Position: Project Coordinator
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator at Sonoran Glass, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects and maintaining excellent communication with clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and field teams to coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Scheduling and Logistics: Efficiently schedule project activities, coordinate resources, and ensure that logistics are optimized for efficient project execution.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans, ensuring that all relevant information is properly recorded and communicated to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from project requirements.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project teams, sales representatives, and management to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in project coordination or related roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
