Role Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Director with proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams. This role is responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth,
strengthening relationships with key clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives across the Mexican and Colombian market.
The adecuado candidate is a strong negotiator with exceptional business acumen, market analysis capabilities, and the ability to make data-driven decisions while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
• Absolute command of conversational English is essential.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively.
• Knowledge of the area and tourist attractions.
• Previous experience in a similar sales position.
