Main Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) across all documentation levels, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and applicable automotive industry standards within a Tier 1 manufacturing environment.
Plan, coordinate, and execute Internal System,



Process, and Product Audits in accordance with the Annual Audit Program.
Coordinate internal cross-audits to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Measure, monitor, and report Quality Management System performance indicators and effectiveness.
Coordinate customer surveys, assessments, and quality-related requests.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Liaise with certification bodies and external auditors to ensure compliance with certification requirements and timely closure of audit findings.
Conduct and document internal audits according to established schedules and applicable standards.
Verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions resulting from audit findings and nonconformities.
