We are looking for a Lead Data Software Engineer to deliver high-performance data applications and cloud-native pipelines while advancing AI-assisted engineering practices. You will collaborate across data, product, and marketing functions to turn business needs into scalable solutions—apply now.
Responsibilities
Design high-performance big-data applications using Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python
Build and optimize cloud-native data pipelines on Azure, including ingestion,
transformation, and orchestration
Lead AI-assisted engineering practices, including Vibe Coding and other generative-AI accelerators
Architect event-driven and distributed systems using modern design patterns for reliability and scalability
Develop full-stack applications with modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services
Implement robust APIs and microservices that integrate MarTech systems with client-facing platforms
Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows for data and application services
Align stakeholders on scope, milestones, and technical decisions across data and application layers
Requirements
5+ years of experience building big-data applications with Scala, Databricks, and Python
5+ years of experience designing and optimizing data pipelines on Azure
