Role Name: Project Manager

Location: On site Zona de Montes Urales

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver
high-impact projects in the areas of Networking, Structured Cabling, and Data
Centers. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong understanding of Project
Management best practices (aligned with PMI standards), with experience managing
technical projects in these domains. Fluency in English is mandatory for this
role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Planning & Execution:

* Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource
allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational and client objectives.

* Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure,
while adhering to PMI standards and industry best practices.

* Stakeholder Management:

* Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams,
ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

* Deliver regular progress updates, manage expectations, and address
stakeholder concerns promptly.





* Technical Project Oversight:

* Manage projects involving Networking, Structured Cabling, and Data Centers,
ensuring technical requirements are met.

* Collaborate with technical experts to oversee implementation and address
project-related challenges.

* Risk & Quality Management:

* Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to
minimize project impacts.

* Ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards and project
specifications.

* Budget & Resource Management:

* Monitor project budgets to ensure financial accountability and
cost-efficiency.

* Optimize resource allocation and team workloads to achieve project
milestones on time.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
or a related field.

* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or CAPM) is strongly preferred.
