The KAIZEN Continuous Improvement Intern position aims to support the optimization of organizational performance through the systematic application of operational excellence methodologies and tools. Key responsibilities include:
Actively participate in and support various initiatives aimed at improving the value stream across the business, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Apply and further develop knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Gemba Kaizen, and Theory of Constraints (TOC).
Participate in and support the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies focused on waste elimination, process variability reduction, and operational performance enhancement, prioritizing areas with the greatest potential for optimization in costs, quality, and productivity.
Support the assess
