CMSO RMA/Repair Support

Job Description

Customer Service: Responds to customer follow-up inquiries or issues regarding orders, shipment tracking, returned goods, etc. via phone, chat, or email. May track product issues or order returns and escalate to appropriate functions for resolution. Works closely with technical support, order management, depot operations, sales support teams, etc. to track, coordinate, and provide communication back and forth with customers/partners. Other responsibilities include: case creation and maintenance, data entry,



use of internal databases and system tools, writing internal/external non-technical documentation, documenting and forwarding customer concerns to appropriate departments, and other assignable duties. Job functions may be performed in a call center type environment.

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Previous call center or technical support experience is preferred
Availability to work from the Reynosa office site
