**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Create technical 2D drawings in AutoCAD including floor plans, elevations, and detailed furniture drawings for production
- Create 3D renderings in SketchUp to present floor plans, elevations, and furniture placement
- Work with the design & sales team to create digital client presentations to convey design intention
- Creative input during design phase with a collaborative spirit
- Occasionally assist the design & sales team during site visits to take field measurements
- Work with in-house CRM and cloud systems to log client plans and presentations.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **+2 years of experience in a similar role.**:
- **Fluent in English and Spanish.**:
- **Knowledge of residential furniture is a MUST.**:
- **Excellence in AUTOCAD or similar drafting software.
This is a requirement for the position and there will be a skill review during the interview**:
- **Strong proficiency in Photoshop, SketchUp, Google & Microsoft Office Suites**:
- Ability to read and understand building plans and elevations
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / InDesign and 3D photorealistic rendering software a plus.
