Key Responsibilities

Lead the commercial strategy for SKF's Automotive Aftermarket business, driving profitable and sustainable growth.
Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, key accounts, and strategic customers.
Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer partnerships.




Develop and execute commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and portfolio expansion plans aligned with business objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team through clear objectives, performance Management, and continuous feedback.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Represent SKF with professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial teams within the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
Solid knowledge of the Light Vehicle Replacement Parts market is essential.
