Position Summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an Import-Export Coordinator to support materials planning, purchasing execution, import/export coordination, inventory accuracy, and customer delivery performance.



This role is idóneo for a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate across warehouse, quality, production, customer service, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure materials are available, compliant, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

Generate, place, and expedite purchase orders, ensuring timely supplier follow-up and on-time delivery.
Track shipments from origin to plant receipt, proactively identifying risks, delays, and required actions to protect material availability.
Coordinate import and export activities by communicating with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to support accurate and timely customs clearance.
Prepare, review, and provide import/export documentation in alignment with applicable requirements and internal processes.
Communicate material arrival times, shipment status, supply risks, and delivery commitments to Customer Service and o
