ROLE PURPOSE

Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems. Contributes to the
completion of milestones associated with specific projects. Requires thorough
understanding and application of standard theories, concepts, principles, and
techniques

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Participates in small to medium projects as assigned
* Provides feedback and coaching to others
* Provides training as required
* Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials
* Develops and provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of
moderate scope and complexity
* Meets discrete goals within established criteria (time, cost, quality)
* Interacts with others at same level, and one level above and below, to ensure
continuity and efficiency

EXPERIENCES/EDUCATION - REQUIRED

* Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience
* Considerable job content knowledge

EXPERIENCES/EDUCATION - DESIRED

* Successful track record of performance in chosen field
* 1-3 years relevant work experience
