Position Summary

The Head of IT/Manufacturing IT Leader is responsible for the end-to-end
management of all technology operations, infrastructure, and services across
AE’s Mexicali factory, including network, MES, Warehouse, and OT systems. This
role acts as the primary technology partner for the General Manager and staff
for plant, translating business needs into IT requirements and ensuring
alignment with corporate IT standards and strategy. The leader owns site
availability, performance, and security at the factory, supports manufacturing
systems, and provides feedback and opportunities to corporate IT teams for
enterprise applications and infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the full IT footprint at the Mexicali factory, including infrastructure,
operations, applications, and OT systems, ensuring reliable and secure
technology services.
* Serve as the senior IT representative and strategic partner to the General
Manager and staff, translating business challenges into IT requirements and
feeding them into corporate development roadmaps for MES, ERP,



and other
enterprise platforms.
* Align local IT execution with corporate IT strategy, architecture, and
governance standards.
* Lead and develop the site IT team, managing staffing, performance, and
capability growth to meet operational and strategic needs.
* Ensure operational continuity and support for factory-critical systems (e.g.,
MES, SCADA, ERP), coordinating with corporate teams for enhancements and
issue resolution.
* Oversee local IT service delivery, vendor relationships, and project
execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and security
requirements.
* Govern change management processes to ensure safe, compliant, and
disruption-free execution of IT changes in production environments.
* Manage site-level IT budgets, procurement, and lifecycle of technology assets
across office and production areas.
