* Trains new personnel to standard operating procedures
* Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials
* Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems
* Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats
* Interacts with others at same level, and one level above, to ensure
continuity and efficiency
EXPERIENCES/EDUCATION - REQUIRED
* High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
* Beginning job content knowledge
EXPERIENCES/EDUCATION - DESIRED
* Associates or Bachelors Degree
* Successful track record of performance in previous work experiences
* 1-3 years work experience
