About The Role
In this opportunity as a Testing and Optimization Specialist, you will be the execution engine for our testing program—translating strategy into high-quality test plans that generate real business insights.
Specifically, You Will
Test Planning & Execution
Partner with Sr. Manager of Digital Optimization, Digital Product Managers, web UX designers, and other optimization team members to translate testing strategy into detailed, specification-ready test plans
Define test mechanics—what will be tested, how variations will differ, which audiences are included, and what success looks like
Build and configure Adobe Target experiences with precision, including targeting logic, traffic allocation, and tracking parameters
Validate measurement design—confirm that KPIs are properly instrumented in Adobe Analytics and will actually capture what matters
Develop test variations working closely with designers and developers, ensuring variations accurately test the intended hypothesis
Own test operations within our established processes—execute Development and/or QA validation handoffs, actively monitor test performance and flag issues, drive tests through launch and closure, and hold to sprint timelines and SLAs
Configure analytical dashboards in Adobe Analytics to monitor test performance and enable real-time visibility into results
