Main Responsibilities

* Participates in multidisciplinary teams focused on reducing injection cycle
time and leads or supports functional improvements to molds.
* Participates in the validation of injection tool concepts and provides
technical proposals to improve project targets such as quality, cost, and
lead time.
* Contributes added value through innovative technical solutions and uses
departmental database tools daily.
* Manages spare parts inventory for the tooling workshop.
* Demonstrates knowledge of machinery and equipment used in the area.
* Follows established procedures and work instructions and creates or updates
work instructions or procedures when necessary.
* Ensures the development and continuous follow-up of the training plan for
technicians.
* Ensures proper incoming inspection of molds according to OPmobility mold
standards, verifying that molds arrive in the required condition and meet
