Role Description
The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts across KTEC’s target industries. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting virtual and on-site sales presentations, and recommending equipment and supply solutions tailored to customer operations. The role involves building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotes, and negotiating pricing within company guidelines. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, and provide responsive customer service before and after the sale. Regular reporting on sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback is expected to support continuous improvement and territory growth.
