**Position Summary**
- Aptiv is looking for the next Maintenance Supervisor, to ensure compliance with preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance to meet established objectives. _
**Your Role**
- _Coordinate the planned maintenance system, autonomous maintenance, and corrective maintenance. _
- _Analysis of equipment failures. _
- _Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines. _
- _Ensure compliance with quality policies. _
- _Develop the capabilities of subordinates. _
- Decision Making
- Budget Management
- Knowledge of assembly lines
**Your Background**
- _At least 2 years as Maintenance Supervisor _
- _Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineer, or related. _
- Team Maintenance Supervision _
- _Analysis and Problem Solving 8D, 5 WHY
- _Knowledge of MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) _
- Knowledge of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) _
- Interpretation of Electrical Diagrams _
- Reading of Mechanical Drawings _
- Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence) _
- Robotics Allen Bradley PLC _
- Compliance with preventive maintenance _
- Knowledge of Downtime rate _
- English Intermediate - Advanced _
