In this position, you will aid the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics for performance versus budgets and forecasts, while identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance.
You will benchmark KPIs with peers and work with management to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and to identify trends.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Analyze financial results of the HUB.
- Provide support in the evaluation of financial projects, strategy, and investments.
- Provide budget support.
- Work with different business units (Legal Entities).
- Lead processes for savings initiative.
- Preparation of comptroller reports.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration.
- 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proficient with Power BI.
- Knowledge of database management and SAP.
- Advanced English level.
