**Maintenance Planner**
- Ensure compliance with monthly maintenance programs.
- Ensure the updating of the maintenance system (EAM) so that all plant equipment is updated and properly cataloged in accordance with the assigned periodic maintenance.
- Plan inventories of spare parts and/or consumables for equipment to ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance program.
- Distribution and collection of weekly TPM's.
- Generate corrective maintenance WO
- Corrective maintenance planning, weekend plan.
- Preparation of reports, charts and indicators of MTTR and MTBF, paretos and analysis of main failures, as well as action plans for said teams.
- Update of KPIs such as OEE, MP Compliance, Uptime, TPM
- Make requisitions for the purchase of spare parts for the execution of PM and MC as well as their monitoring.
- Send oil samples to the laboratory for analysis (MPD)




- Supplier development to ensure that spare parts are found in a timely manner to carry out PM and MC activities.
- Audit and ensure proper use of assigned tools.
- Creation of documents and training in LOTO
- Root Cause Analysis (RCCM)
