Reporting directly to the Director of Procurement, you as a Procurement Manager
will be responsible for leading procurement activities for the ICP plant in
Piedras Negras, Mexico. You will drive supplier performance in cost, quality,
and delivery while supporting the competitiveness of Littelfuse through
strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier development,



and continuous improvement
projects. You will also be accountable for implementing annual cost reduction
initiatives, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring procurement KPIs
are achieved.

You will collaborate closely with Planning, Engineering, Operations, Quality,
Finance, and Category Management to support production, engineering changes,
supplier rationalization, and sourcing strategies. In this role, you will manage
key supplier relationships, execute procurement reporting, maintain supplier
pricing and source lists in SAP, and contribute to building a reliable and
high-performing supply base.
