About the role
As a Sr. Delivery Assurance Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring delivery performance and material readiness across the supply chain through advanced analytics and KPI governance. You will lead the development and optimization of key performance indicators,



providing actionable insights that drive proactive decision-making, mitigate risks, and enable operational excellence. Your work will directly impact on-time delivery, supplier performance, and end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Delivery Assurance Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading the design, development, and governance of Supply Chain KPIs and performance dashboards to support delivery assurance and operational decision-making
Analyzing complex datasets related to supplier performance, inventory, production, and logistics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Defining, tracking, and optimizing key performance indicators such as:
On-time Delivery (OTD)
Supplier performance
Inventory health and turnover
Shortages, backlog, and risk exposure
Lead time variability
Providing root cause analysis on delivery issues and supply disruptions to enable proactive risk mi
