The adecuado candidate will be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, achieving production targets and coordinating with cross‐functional departments to support efficient manufacturing operations.
The position requires strong leadership, hands‐on problem‐solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both local and overseas teams.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities to ensure that production schedules,
quality standards and delivery targets are achieved.Lead and coordinate production operators and technicians, assign work, monitor attendance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.Monitor production efficiency, scrap, downtime and labor utilization, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance and Planning teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, work instructions, quality requirements and health and safety regulations.Support production line setup, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.Prepare and maintain production reports, KPI tracking, attendance records and shift handover documentation.Train, coach and evaluate production staff to develop their skills and ensure proper performance.Communicate effectively with local and overseas teams, providing b
