Job Summary

Coordinate, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)
programs, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, corporate policies,
and international standards. This role promotes a prevention-focused culture,
minimizes operational risks, and supports safe and sustainable conditions across
automotive manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Coordinate the implementation of industrial safety and risk prevention
programs.
* Ensure compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOM-STPS) and applicable
environmental regulations.




* Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and plant safety audits.
* Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, identifying root
causes and implementing corrective actions.
* Monitor and report safety performance indicators.
* Coordinate safety observation and behavior-based safety programs.
* Ensure compliance with high-risk work permits, including confined space
entry, working at heights, lockout/tagout (LOTO), welding, and related
activities.
* Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, permits, and applicable
licenses.
* Maintain and continuously improve management systems based on ISO 14001, ISO
45001, and ISO 50001.
* Support internal, external, and certification audits.
* Manage corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits.
* Ensure HSE procedures, work instructions, and documentation are updated and
maintained.
