Key Responsibilities
Serve as the business leader for the territory, driving financial performance across both revenue and profitability while balancing operational and commercial priorities.
Own financial planning and resource allocation (budget, time, and headcount), making ongoing investment decisions as business conditions evolve.
Define and execute strategies to expand the business and increase market share within the territory.
Lead a commercial team to build the strongest portfolio of merchants across a large and complex geographic area.
Act as the voice of your team and key stakeholders, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Product, and other teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Define and lead change management initiatives alongside your team, ensuring the business remains adaptable to the evolving needs of merchants and customers.
Develop and lead expansion plans for strategic accounts, ensuring operational excellence and successful execution.
