? What You’ll Do
Ensure Platform Reliability: Maintain the rock-solid reliability, performance, and availability of enterprise storage and filesystem services.
Operate Cutting-Edge Tech: Manage diverse storage platforms including GPFS / IBM Storage Scale, NFS, Pure, VAST, NetApp, NAS, block, and object storage systems.
Troubleshoot & Optimize: Diagnose complex storage, filesystem, multipath, and client-side production issues (latency, contention, capacity events).
Automate & Scale: Develop scripts and automation tools using Python, Bash,



or similar technologies to eliminate repetitive operational work.
Manage Lifecycles: Oversee quotas, snapshots, replication, tiering, data lifecycle policies, and disaster recovery processes.
Collaborate Globally: Partner closely with infrastructure, datacenter, vendor, and business teams across integral environments.

? What We Are Looking For (Mandatory Skills)
? 7+ years of professional experience in storage engineering, storage operations, or Linux infrastructure with heavy storage responsibilities.
?️ Solid working knowledge across file, block, and object storage technologies.
? Strong Linux systems administration and live production support skills.
?️ Deep understanding of storage client behavior (NFS mounts, automount, multipath, filesystem tuning).
? Familiarity with networking fundamentals as they relate to storage (DNS, throughput, latency troubleshooting).
? Proven scripting and automation experience with Python, Bash, Ansible, Salt, or Ter
