What You Will Do
Guarantee the supply of Raw Material to the Production Lines on time and with the level of Quality Required by the standards to avoid problems in the Manufacturing Process to comply with the CRD
Ensure that Planners are signing Production Plans 6 to 12 rolling weeks to ensure timely ordering of necessary supplies and services
Monitor exception reporting and send weekly "Molex Open Orders" to obtain status of each open order with the supplier and act as pertinent
Manage the life span of raw materials, acquiring the appropriate levels of inventory by analyzing demand and consumption before making purchase commitments, to avoid excess inventory
Ensure the correct parameters in the MRP system for all raw materials in your charge, and ensure proper ordering patterns to avoid inventory shortages
Ensure proper tracking of non-conforming raw materials
